1. Product Authenticity

• All our Attars are 100% original and alcohol-free.
• Products are carefully blended using natural ingredients and traditional methods.

2. Usage Disclaimer

• Our attars are for external use only.
• Keep away from eyes, mouth, and broken skin.
• Perform a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

3. Order & Payment

• Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment options may be available depending on location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days across Pakistan.
• Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and order size.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to hygiene reasons, attar products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened.
• Exchanges are only possible in case of:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping
• Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo/video).

6. Storage Instructions
